SHIPPING POLICY

MINIMUM ORDER

Free shipping on US orders of $20 or more. For orders below $20, we charge shipping & handling of $3.50. For shipments to Canada, shipping charges are $15.

ITEMS ON ORDER

If an item is currently out of stock, we will cancel the item and remove it from you order. You will receive a notice via email that your order has changed.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS

We will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order.

Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends or postal holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after our order processing deadline, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order. [The timeframe for the shipment method you selected will begin when the carrier picks up your order for delivery.]

SHIPPING METHOD

Your order will be shipped by USPS.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from nuggbeauty.com, you may return it within 30 days of the date it was received and receive a refund in accordance with this Policy. When you receive your order, please check to make sure the items are in good condition, and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment. Any claims for damaged items or missing items must be received within 10 business days of receipt of your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please include your name, address, email address, daytime phone number and reason for return. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error (for example, if we sent the wrong item). Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the receipt date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type.

In the event the following conditions are not met, Beauty Ideas Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to charge a 20% restocking fee of the original invoice amount or to refuse the return:

- Items must be purchased on the nugg beauty online store at nuggbeauty.com

- Items must be returned for refund or exchanged within 30 days of receipt

- Items and packaging must be returned in new condition and not damaged

- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box

- The return shipment has to have sufficient postage otherwise the shipment will be returned to sender

- Return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt

- Return shipment must be insured and in a padded envelope or package

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.

Return Authorization:

Prior authorization for all returns is required. Please feel free to contact us at +1 866-857-5771

or send us an email at [email protected] to receive your Return Authorization number. Return credit, if issued at all, will be issued at 50% of the item’s price for returns without Return Authorization.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
