Facial Mask

  1. Give yourself a lymphatic facial massage: The purpose of a lymphatic massage is to move fluid out of your tissues into your lymph nodes where bacteria and other harmful micro-organisms will be gotten rid of. While wearing a face mask, rub your face in circular motions, making sure to apply more pressure in the direction of the lymph nodes. Your skin will feel (and look) rejuvenated after this!
  2. Have an overnight facial: Sleeping with a face mask on is one of the best ways to treat your skin. It's especially perfect for solving dry winter skin. To do this, simply apply the entire contents of one of the nügg facial pods all over your face and leave on for about 5 to 10 minutes. Remove the excess with a damp wash cloth, leaving only a thin layer on your face when you go to bed.
